Lean Business Ireland can help your company adopt lean business principles, create more value for your customers and to increase productivity and competitiveness. Lean tools and techniques are helping manufacturing and service companies across the globe to address competitiveness issues within their businesses by building the capability of their people to identify problems and improve operations.
State supports are available to help you move forward on your improvement journey. Each of the state agencies now provides grant support for companies who want to improve their competitiveness using Lean tools and techniques.
The state agencies have aligned around the Lean Business Offer, sharing a resource of Lean consultants and methodologies. By working together, the agencies have developed a straight forward development path for companies in Ireland, where knowledge is being shared and we are developing a truly National improvement journey.
Supports are available from:
- Local Enterprise Offices for small and micro companies
- Udaras Na Gaeltachta for companies located in Gaeltacht regions
- Enterprise Ireland For indigenous companies, exporting and typically employing more than 10 employees. Also for Multi-national companies using natural resources.
